Description

Delightful and healthy Cottage Cheese Chips that offer a perfect balance of crunch and flavor, ideal for snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g Hüttenkäse (Cottage Cheese)
  • 100g geriebener Käse (Grated Cheese)
  • 1 TL Knoblauchpulver (Garlic Powder)
  • 1 TL Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: frische Kräuter (Fresh Herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully blended.
  3. With a spoon or cookie scoop, place small mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  4. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
  6. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Let the cottage cheese drain for a few minutes before mixing for extra crispiness. You can make the mixture a day in advance and bake when ready.
