- 250g Hüttenkäse (Cottage Cheese)
- 100g geriebener Käse (Grated Cheese)
- 1 TL Knoblauchpulver (Garlic Powder)
- 1 TL Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: frische Kräuter (Fresh Herbs)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully blended.
- With a spoon or cookie scoop, place small mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
- If desired, garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Let the cottage cheese drain for a few minutes before mixing for extra crispiness. You can make the mixture a day in advance and bake when ready.
